cl-mlepcl-mlep was initially a study project of Frank Zalkow at
the Institute for Musicology
and Music computer sciences at University for Music Karlsruhe under supervision of
Prof. Denis Lorrain. It's first ideas dated in November 2013. It evolved
and was used in teaching Common Lisp and Machine Learning in summer term
2014.
Since January 2015 it's published on GitHub under MIT license and hopes to find users and contributers.
